At Growrupee.com, we value your trust and are committed to maintaining transparency in our refund and cancellation process. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds are handled for our courses and services.
1. General Refund Policy
- Refund requests will be accepted only within 1 to 2 days from the date of purchase.
- After this period, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
- All approved refunds will be subject to a 25% deduction to cover Razorpay transaction charges and processing costs.
- Once approved, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 15 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the purchased course (verified by our support team).
- Duplicate payments made for the same course.
- Accidental or incorrect transactions reported within the 1–2 day window.
Refunds will not be granted in these cases:
- If more than 20–30% of the course content has been accessed.
- If the refund request is made after the 2-day period.
- If you simply change your mind or fail to use the course.
3. Cancellation Policy
Once a course is purchased and access is granted, cancellations are not permitted. Affiliates or learners attempting to cancel after access has been provided will not be eligible for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to support@growrupee.com within 1–2 days of your purchase.
- Include your full name, registered email, transaction ID, course name, and reason for refund.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 working days.
5. Rights & Modifications
Growrupee.com reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion, based on this policy. We may update or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any significant changes will be posted on our website.
